“The hotel in general was amazing. The people were friendly and very welcoming. The only complaint I have is the floor in our room was dirty in places(mostly behind the chair and desk so not really a big deal) and there were rips and stains on the sheets and blankets, but we didn’t go on vacation to stay in our room so I still consider it a very wonderful trip. We will definitely be using The Ramsey Hotel again in the future. ”

“We stayed four nights for our anniversary. The room was nice, not new but nice. It was clean when we arrived. We were advised upon check-in that there would be no maid service during our four-night stay. If we wanted fresh towels or toiletries, we would have to come to the desk & get them ourselves. The room was quiet & the beds were comfortable. The a/c worked great. Overall a good stay but a four-night stay should have come with maid service.”

“Excelente hotel! Cerca de todo y sobre todo de la Isla de Pigeon Forge. El hotel huele super rico y esta muy limpio y super lindo. Nos quedamos solo una noche. Nos atendieron rápido. Incluye el estacionamiento más no el desayuno y tiene un costo de $14.95 por persona. La habitacion estuvo excelente. En fin me encanto todo ! Lo recomiendo y volveria. Lo único que puedo decir es que la persona que me hizo el check in nos atendió bien pero no dijo buenos días ni bienvenido como en otros hoteles……

“When we arrived we noticed the converted motel was renovated nicely for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom area, however the living room area (which is supposed to sleep the other 2 people (up to 4) was severly lacking on comfort and reasonability. Even with my teenage son who can mostly sleep anywhere the pull out sofa was so old and the pad was so thin that you could feel the springs when you would lay on it.
