The place it’s clean and feels safe the only issue we had was that it is a bit noisy once they turn on the pool pump on I’m assuming that’s what it was like humming noise that unfortunately did wake us up, but other than that I would totally stay here again, really didn’t get to use all the amenities we only stayed for one night, breakfast was pretty delicious, the biscuits and gravy where great.

The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The patio was very nice. Only problem was the floors/ceiling very thin. All night could here the family above us stomping in the room. Next time getting room on 4th floor.

Everything was great. Except for the non stop running toilet. We adjusted the chain and fixed it after a few times flushing and it not turning off. But staff was great! Place was clean.

Good location just off the main strip on the south east end of pigeon forge. Just a couple minutes to the island. Hotel was in pretty good shape for its age & had a nice indoor pool & hot tub as well as an outdoor pool, hot tub & small lazy river. We stayed here one night before heading on over to Gatlinburg for the rest of our vacation & it was perfect for that.

The reviews of this property are very misleading. On Expedia it has a rating of 8.5, which is supposed to be very good. The room was dated, shabby and didn’t pass the smell test. I had 3 toddlers with me and spent most of my time admonishing them to stay off of the nasty carpet, and to quit touching things. My daughter couldn’t bring herself to use the shower, because the bathrooms cleanliness was very questionable. The best thing about the property was the staff, who were very nice and accommodating. Sad to say that I will mark this property off of my list to return to. We are season pass holders to the park, and we have found it’s very hard to find properties in the area that actually have very high standards.

Didn’t use the business facilities. There was the smell of smoke in the hallways and there was a loud noise coming from what we believe were the pipes that was very loud most of the evening and morning

Room was nice but it had a fishy smell to it. The large burner on the stove did not work and while the shower had plenty of hot water, barely any pressure going out of the shower head.

Hotel was very nice. Great room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. It is not a walkable area, so needed to drive everywhere. They do have a shuttle service but not on a schedule. We always seemed to just miss it.
