「Beautiful hotel! So thankful it exceeded our expectations. My man went fly fishing right out back and caught tons of fish, great location, very clean and new!」

「Pros: Overall, Riverstone Resort was a great stay and we will return. The room (2 bedroom, king condo) was very clean and well maintained. The property seemed peaceful and we liked that our balcony overlooked the neighboring golf course. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! There is a spa on-site, we did not have a chance to use it this trip but plan to next time. Cons: The lazy river was relaxing, but more floats are needed in adult sizes as there were not enough. 「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「Very clean. Staff was friendly. We needed additional blankets and the front desk gave us some. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast is to go. You can grab a Coffee, Popcorn, Donuts, Cookies and similar items to go... by the check in reception. We would stay here again.」

「Need better housekeeping! The floors in the showers were nasty! We even changed rooms because of it and the second room was just as bad! There was no soap in the shower or bathroom. The AC was not very cold and the water really never got hot- just warm. We liked the hotel but it needs some attention! Also it is great that they are dog friendly but the dog park is on the back part of the parking lot and was pretty dark at night.」

「Convenient location and hotel was very clean. The staff seemed very unwilling to help mostly in the evening had bad attitudes. Normally other hotels i stayed previously the staff was very friendly and would be very accommodating not this one. But i would stay there again because how clean and it’s in great location. Not friendly.」
