“This property is close to everything yet in a private location, very quiet! The hosts are very good at what they do and have made their cottage very welcoming and inviting to their guests.The cottage smelled wonderful upon opening the door and the holiday decor was just beautiful. The decor/furniture is country distressed and I love it all.The beds are very comfortable! Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, which we love.It is just a very comfortable place to stay.Outside you have a babbling creek……

“Stayed in Late October, Early November. Good Location, in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Convenient to everything shopping restaurants attractions and the great Smokey Mountain national Park. Everything was good, internet was slow in this area but there was cable TV. Comfortable enough for my stay. Had to purchase some things to cook with but they had some very basic kitchen supplies, no pans. I purchased some aluminum pans from the Dollar tree, also a few other things I needed like a……

“Check in and communication was fantastic. Room was nice, great studio feel, kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The unit was clean and bright except for the blinds which were dusty. Bathroom was spacious and we were given plenty of towels, even extra. The RV park was quiet and the bed was comfortable with soft sheets and plenty of pillows.The only down side was the blinds over windows and vertical blinds over sliding door. **One of the vertical slats broke off, the blind doesn’t cover……
