"Right away, staff were very helpful and nice. The grounds of the hotel were well taken of with visible maintenance cleaning up and keeping the place very nice. Parking was easy, free, and clearly marked. Hotel location was very convenient for going into town. Breakfast was good but do wish there was more variety. We stayed for 5 nights and only the fruit of the day changing but did have other options like scrambled eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurt, etc."

"Fantastic stay! Clean and updated. Lovely helpful staff. Right off Main Street but quiet because of the location. Relaxing to sit on the patio and have a glass of wine. Fun to watch the bears from a distance. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you!"

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean, and the toilet would not flush properly. It had to be flushed multiple times every time it was used. I expected a much better experience and feel that these issues should have been addressed before the room was made available to guests. I hope management will take steps to improve cleanliness and maintenance moving forward."

"We booked a king with balcony, not knowing that some of them were adjoined rooms. The people next to us talked loud and had the TV up loud. The concierge, Sarah, was wonderful in getting our room moved to one thst was not adjoined. Byron in the rooftop restaurant was great and gave us recommendations on hiking in the area."

"We were put in a room outside the main hotel location a few doors down the street. It seemed isolated and a little spooky. The room was clean, but seemed to be well-lived in. We appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. The outdoor pool was closed, so we could not use it. It was full of frogs that chirped loudly all night long outside of our room."

"Our refrigerator had no shelves or racks to hold items and didn’t feel cold enough for leftover food storage. We tried several settings to no avail. We left a night early because we were invaded with ants. It was our last night so instead of packing up to change rooms, we just decided to drive home. We were very disappointed as it was our first time staying there."
