“Front desk staff was excellent and rooms were clean and functional. Air conditioning is incredibly loud which they are hoping to fix. Pool was nice but it could use a cleaning. Perfect location. Walking distance to all the action but far enough away so that road noise was not an issue.”

“It’s a family friendly hotel. Good location. Mini golf next door is fun. The pools are nice. The room was clean but the shower had a lot of mold. Overall pretty good spot to stay. Breakfast had a few options but basic. The coffee was a 2 out of 5 at best.”

“Staff was very friendly. Room smelled extremely musty. It did not have good ventilation. The jacuzzi tub was very slippery. It seemed as if it was cleaned but not rinsed after. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very tiny and dated. The location was ideal.”

“This is the second year me and my husband have vacationed and stayed at Old Gatlinburg rentals. They are incredible. As far as we're concerned, It's very laid-back and you never see anybody unless you need them. Plus it's a quick and convenient 5-minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg! Now, if you are very scared of bears, there is a lot of bears around here but we view that as a plus. This has officially become our home away from home and anytime we stay in Gatlinburg we will be staying here! ♥️”

“I wanted that hotel because it was walking distance to everything. There was a nice balcony to sit outside. I did not have the breakfast but it was nice that it was included. Very reasonability priced.”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”
