“Everyone here from the staff to the other guests were amazing. The only thing that happened that could be considered negative was the elevator broke down while we were on it and wouldn't open its doors. We called the front desk from a cell phone and they immediately jumped into action to ensure we were ok with our baby and that the elevator was back up and running in a timely manner. I will not fault them for the elevator as it was not their fault and we were only stuck on it for approximately 2……

“The staff was great! We had a little mix up at check in with how much I owed bc I had a group, but the office manager came and helped and figured it out. They were very nice and helpful. The room was good and clean.”

“Front desk staff and bar were polite and helpful. I had a do not disturb on my door and when I opened the door I had clean towel sets in a bag. Normally I would have to go down stairs and ask but not here. It close to the convention center and the strip. Would definitely recommend.”
