"Why does this Hilton offer free breakfast like the express Hilton in pigeon Forge also the express has better rooms IE BETTER BEDS ROOMS AND FREE BREAKFAST!! Just because it has Gardens on the sign the rooms are worse then RED ROOF INN the express has beautiful room and the furniture does look like a two star hotel. "

"Room was clean, I had an issue with the heat not working the first night, but they had maintenance in my room very quickly after I let them know. Wish the bathrooms were bigger but overall a good stay. "

"The check in process was smooth. I was nervous at first because on the key sleeve there was a notice that said certain beetles can get in the room because they were natural to the mountain area. When we got to the room, it was very clean. We did not see any bugs at all during the entire trip! The beds were comfortable and the shower was very spacious. We chose to sleep in so we never made it for breakfast. Overall, it was a good trip especially for the price."
