「I had read all the reviews concerning The Walden before I booked 4 nights. People complained of watery eggs, only one elevator working, lack of hot water, on and on! My wife and I experienced none of that. Excellent breakfast with staff member refilling items constantly, both elevators operating every day, hot water, clean room. Easy check-in and out with friendly staff. This is a bargain in the area.」

「Breakfast was great, the cook/attendant Kim was so wonderful. The rooms where cleaned, comfortable nothing fancy just a normal hotel room. Housekeeping did well our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries. Front desk was helpful, my husbands key stopped working and they fixed it right away no issues, the place we ordered food from forgot napkins went to the front desk and they gave us napkins and plates. 」

「We were provided with a clean, well maintained travel pack and play for our little one. We had a long day on our first day and late to check in and the staff was very kind to bring the pack and play up to pur room with extra set of blanket to cushion the pack and play. That gesture goes a long way and was very much appreciated. Thank you! 」

「The rooms were very clean and anytime there was a problem in your room or needed anything they were right there to bring it to you. The hotel is outdated and needs some updating but everything was in working condition. The pool and hot tub were great this hotel also has a lazy river which we saw lots of people taking advantage of it. This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and we like it for the quietness. The only thing we were not crazy about was the breakfast but we weren’t to concerned...

「Room was clean and on the strip in pigeon forge. Across the street from the islands, which is a fun locale for the evening. Very convenient and accessible to everything we wanted to do.」
