“By far the best host we have ever stayed with. We appreciated Patsy checking in on us shortly after we arrived and valued her recommendations. The house is absolutely adorable and we loved that it was decorated for Christmas when we were there in January. Three bedrooms plus an extra living space with a cozy fireplace made our family of 8 comfortable and gave the kids plenty of space to play. We also loved that the kids had space to play outside. Patsy, we also appreciated learning a little bit……

“This was a great hotel for us! We had connecting rooms with our teens and dogs. Zee was super helpful and kind at check in. The hotel smelled clean, rooms had been updated (except the tubs). The waffles were delicious. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“The ancient bears den was absolutely perfect!! Our family (2 adults , 3 teens) had the best time. The decor was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. We enjoyed all of the attention to details and had a Hobbit marathon. We the property has some beautiful public spaces but there is some construction going on . The construction didn’t bother us at all. We were in town for the Smoky mountains. The Smokies are about an hour away but it’s an easy drive.……
