“It was reasonable and celan.”

“The room was clean - we could smell the Clorox as soon as we opened the door, however the arm chair in the room needed a good cleaning-it was very stained. Some of the power outlets were loose or did not work. The water in the shower came out brown when we turned the faucet on but cleared quickly. The tub did not have any non- slip strips so we put a towel in the tub to stand on. The phone in the room did not work. The staff was nice but we did have to take our towels/wash cloths down to them in……

“There was an older chair in the room that had multiple stains on it. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall where the door had hit it. Overall, for the price we paid, it was acceptable. We didn’t see any bugs, and the beds were clean, which was the most important thing to us.”

“Very clean rooms. It’s a no frills type of stay but I was cool with that. Weekends have the yummy breakfast across street is The Best doughnuts. Catch trolly into Gatlinburg Also. Great restaurant just a couple minutes from hotel”

“Great place to stay, we were not expecting the place to be so welcoming. We will be returning for a longer stay.”
