“When I had arrived the receptionist looked up my booking and informed that the reference was not in their system. She had a look at availability and had me checked in to a room in under 5 minutes. Excellent service. Hotel is spotless. Staff are friendly and efficient. Food was very good. Parking was included and very convenient. Location is great too. ”
