This place is disgusting. Sticky stuff on the walls. Dust over an inch thick. Mold in the bathroom. We left right after check in because of the filth and they refused a refund.

The website photos was misleading. Only one elevator was working. There was a stall smell in our room. The carpet in our room had holes in it. No phone or clock in room. Bathroom light you couldn't cut off. One ice machine, only on the first floor. Lots of renovation going on. I would not stay there again.

They need more trash cans and electrical sockets in the rooms. The phone in the room wasn't hooked up or any way to hook it up. The beds were lumpy. The doors to the outdoors need to have security on them.

I hate to write a bad review because Jay at the front desk was great, very friendly and understanding. The hotel is undergoing remodeling in which is truly needs due to it being outdated. The hotel itself when you walk in looks clean and smells clean. I always check my rooms for bed bugs or any critters and unfortunately our king bed had bedbugs. I understand it is so hard with heavy volume of traffic and guest to control bugs but it can be done. Housekeeping needs to improve upon inspection of beds. But with the help of Jay and Expedia I was refunded my money promptly.

This place should be condemned to say the least!! We were among many other guests that said they would NEVER stay there again!! Filthy dirty rooms, underwear left under bed, outlets didn't work, stains on curtains, bugs inside room, toilets old and too short for the handicapped rooms, open wires on hairdryer cords.

Did not get the room I reserved.. the room had a hole in the wall. The tub would not drain. The hair dryer wasn’t secure to the electric box.. The indoor pool, hot tub and lazy river were in a basement …. Very scary to go to alone.. the pumps weren’t working on any of them. The outer doors did not lock so anyone could have walked right up in the hotel at any point! I was very disappointed!!!

Requested to change from first room because it looked like blood stains on sheets. Second room had clean sheets. Smoke alarm not even connected in either room. Two punch holes in one of the walls in the first room. The chair was extremely stained and looked too dirty to sit in both rooms. Very disappointed. Only plus was the front desk person was polite.
