「We enjoyed our stay. The room was so clean. The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. We loved the balcony overlooking the river. We didn’t use the fireplace, but was nice to have if it had been cold. We liked the location. It wasn’t a busy area, but close to activities, restaurants and shopping. We will be back! We loved everything about it!」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive...

「Great location to attractions. We were happy we chose this location over Gatlinburg due to the crazy traffic in the other town. Was nicer to drive to town and be able to walk around the island. The manager was great! She inquired about our stay and heard I wasn’t completely satisfied with the hospitality.
