“Had a great stay, hotel is pretty new, clean, and well taken care of. Staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to housekeeping staff. Special Shout out to Jacob in the Restaurant/Bar area, so friendly and helpful, enjoyed talking with him.”

“staff was AMAZING. rooms were a little dated. Some smell of mold in the room. I had a heavy feeling in my chest when i was in the room which leads me to believe there is some kind of allergic reaction going on. Kitchen was a plus. Breakfast did the job but not great. Walls a bit thin and lots of kids. Staff was accommodating so really any issues i had, i was willing to overlook leading to the higher rating. ”

“I was highly disrespected by one of the staff members during the breakfast hour. Upon my checkout, I asked to speak to the manager. During my discussion, she made me feel very devalued, and that my discussing my concern with her was wasting her time. Very disappointed ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Willow Brook Lodge. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming, professional feel throughout. We especially loved that it’s locally owned—it really shows in the attention to detail and overall experience. The indoor and outdoor pools were a huge highlight, especially the slide and hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was also great and a nice added touch to start the day. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we can’t wait……

“We stayed just 2 nights at this property. We liked the location as we frequent the area 2x per year and while a huge modern cabin is nice, this 2 bedroom setup was just what we needed. We liked having a corner unit as we had lovely views of golf course and could people watch as we observed some car enthusiasts drive past. Front desk was lovely and checkin was easy. Our unit was relatively quiet. Kitchen amenties is always a plus when traveling with kids. Great floor plan. The only cons to……

“Hard boiled eggs would be great and more vegetarian options since it is a paid breakfast. The cheese on the eggs was like glue, maybe try a different cheese on the omelettes. Also like labels cards for the food would be great”

“We love it here . Close to everything walking distance , parking is great love that they have inside pool and outside . The only thing was the inside pool was to strong on chlorine but still enjoyed the outside pool . Will be coming back .”

“Parking was atrocious if you want to park your own car! My card wouldn't open the gate to parking 2 separate times! I had to back out into traffic and heavy foot traffic both times to go return to the Hotel and get the card changed. Finally gave up. They do have valet parking though if you don't mind teenage kids parking your $80,000 truck! Then it stopped working for our room door. Had to get it replaced twice. The place is very nice but the parking and the room/parking card was a real……
