Gatlinburg Rainbow Falls Hotels

"Had a great room with fireplace and balcony overlooking a creek. The room was very spacious and clean. Location is very conveniently located and walking distance to some restaurants. One thing I didn't like and didn't know due to booking through a third party, they do charge a parking fee that is daily and if you stay a week, could cost you quite a bit of money. Breakfast is complimentary, but wasn't impressed with the powdered scrambled eggs. This seems to always be the norm for hotels, but they're horrible. "

"Room was great! Kids loved wrap around balcony and the large tubs. Within walking distance of the gatlinburg strip, but far enough away to be quiet. Very clean and affordable! Will definitely come back. "

"Front desk staff and bar were polite and helpful. I had a do not disturb on my door and when I opened the door I had clean towel sets in a bag. Normally I would have to go down stairs and ask but not here. It close to the convention center and the strip. Would definitely recommend."

"This was my 2nd time staying here, I really enjoy this hotel. Very clean, breakfast is good, staff is friendly and rooms are clean. The only downside was the pool area was closed for maintenance which I had no idea. "

"Absolutely loved it here! The lobby smelled amazing. Our room was spotless and check in was quick and easy, especially since we were coming in so late. Definitely recommend!!"
