“Our experience at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort started off on a very disappointing note. The check-in process was absolutely horrible! We waited over two hours just to check in, which is unacceptable, especially when traveling with family and children.
To make matters worse, instead of focusing on getting us checked in, the staff tried to push a timeshare presentation on us. After a long trip, the last thing we wanted was additional sales pressure.
Another major disappointment was the……

“Clean, comfortable home in north Gatlinburg. We chose this place to get up in the mountains away from downtown and used it as a base for excursions into the Smokey Mountains National Park. We stayed 4 nights and everything was as advertised. Plus, we saw more black bear around the property than we did in the national park.”

“All perfect. Just a tad bit issie with the washing machine may be we didnt notice if that was already mentioned in the listing, but machine was not working so we had to do some replanning with the clothing.
Otherwise the cabin is quite nice. Very thoughtful hosts. Location is good not too far from Gatlinburg. Overall a great place for a break. Will sure book again when we plan to go.”

“Our stay was wonderful! The property was exactly what I hoped it would be. The view from our cabin was amazing and what you come to Tennessee to see.
The cabin was clean, well stocked and welcoming. It isn't marked at the bottom of the drive very well. So look up when GPS tells you that you have arrived.
I would stay here again, for sure.”

“We loved this place! Check in was super easy, along with fast replies and communication with the host. We also used the hot tub every night. The only thing that needs improvement is more supplies like trash bags, toilet paper, and wash cloths/towels. Other than that everything else was great and I would definitely stay there again.”

“We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild……

“We absolutely loved this cabin! It’s very nice, clean, comfortable, and the location is excellent. It’s less than 10 minutes from all the attractions Gatlinburg has to offer, making it a perfect getaway for a small family.
The only issue we had was with Google Maps. It didn’t take us directly to the cabin, and because the cell signal in the area isn’t very strong, it took us about 30 minutes to find the right location. Once we found it, everything was great!
Other than that, we were very happy……

“We had a great 4 day stay at the property. This is a one room cabin plus bathroom, and was perfect for two adults, The condition of the room was clean and tidy. Kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive! The mountain view was very nice but wish there was more to see in the woods around the cabin. However, due to overgrowth of forest at most cabin locations, there is not much that can be done about that. It did not affect our stay... but we would……
