“The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. They had a pretty small fridge in the room that could keep very few things. The bathroom was very tiny. The room was fairly clean. Kept finding long black hairs everywhere. It was really hot in the room even when the air was turned to the lowest setting. I would definitely bring my own drinks and snacks while staying here because the vending machine prices were outrageous but over all it was an okay place to stay for a couple nights. The room we……

“The staff is great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s great for parking. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. My only real complaint was that there was no hot water the last morning I was there. I mean literally none. They were working on it which means at times I had no water at all at times.”

“The room looks like it’s been recently updated, but not renovated. The bathroom tile was disgustingly filthy. The plug in the bathtub had been sitting there so long that it left a rust ring. The carpet and the hallways were in desperate, native cleaning or replacement. The space behind the concierge’s desk look like a disheveled workspace no real place for anything just thrown on the counter. The exterior was missing some flashing on the eaves in several places that I thought really should’ve……

“This is our second time staying at this property. It is centrally located to all of the attractions and just a few miles from the entrance to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Loved the balcony with the creek view. There is so much to do in Gatlinburg we will be back!”

“Everything about this place was amazing!! First and foremost Sarah at the front desk was the nicest, helpful most outgoing hotel employee I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is absolutely perfect if staying in Gatlinburg. You can walk to everything near by to skip paying for parking. The rooms were super clean. The Altitude rooftop bar is spectacular and the outside seating area is top notch with great views. Awesome pool area with pool bar. I can say enough good things about this place and will……

“We got a room that had a Jacuzzi in the room which was on 3rd floor they had elevator or ramps which were nice.. room was date but so much space.. pool was nice Breakfast is not offered as website stated. Very close to walking distance to down town Gatlinburg. For food and shops I would def stay again.. great location no real issues”
