「Was very disappointed with the outdoor water park not being opened for our 4 year old granddaughter, the carpet in the lobby was very dirty and stained up, our bathroom door would not even latch shut, was excepting much more from the Wilderness Resort.」

「Everything was great! This was our 8th Anniversary trip and The room was nice and very nicely decorated. You could tell the hotel had recently had a face lift and it really paid off. It was close to attractions and restaurants and only about a 15 minute drive to Gatlinburg. Also liked getting DoorDash/Uber Eats delivered to the room. 「When I first arrived I was very disappointed in the hotel room I received. After messaging the hotel they fixed the problem I had, immediately. I had a great stay. I also got to see a bear 30 seconds from the property which was amazing. I’ve been to gatlinburg several times and that was my first time seeing a bear. 」
