Unfortunately the room didn’t have soap and wasn’t very clean. Upon our departure we discovered a large sum of cash missing from our safe in the room. Understandably the hotel cannot accuse a worker, although the did check the card swipes and cameras which found only one person entered besides us. I was just shocked the hotel didn’t offer anything, not a discount or a credit for upcoming stay, nothing. Will be the last time I stay there.

Clean room, conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants just a short drive away. Waterpark was an amazing option in the winter months. Enjoyed the hot pool very much. Only suggestion is better security. Children shouldn’t be allowed to create chaos without adult supervision. Security should be roaming the hallways the gym the pool etc. I have kids not trying to keep them from having fun. Just making sure they don’t kill each other in the process. Specially, swinging the dumbbells at each other at the gym.

Parking was fine. The room was horrible. Great that we had a kitchen, but the beds, both the murphy bed and the sofa bed were SO uncomfortable. Both of them felt as if you were sleeping on direct springs. For the cost of the stay, regardless of the room choice, I would have thought there were more comfortable options. Never once was our room cleaned or were we even brought more towels. Staff at the front desk (the two ladies we spoke with) were not kind at all. I know they were busy but they acted as if we were another inconvenience to their day to check us in, and again to add the night owl experience to our stay during the week. For the cost of the resort, I'd much rather stay somewhere different and just pay the cost for a day pass for the water. Will not be returning.

Men’s dirty Hanes underwear right below our balcony on roof of exterior restaurant/bar upon check-in at 4 pm. A great view for my 7 year old’s birthday room. Vomit in lagoon basketball hot tub pool and no one evacuated pool. Poop in wave pool, was cleaned, and only evacuated for 30 minutes. The staff is extremely friendly and they all need raises.

Reasonably clean room. Parking was free. Pool was below average for the cost of a "resort". Outdoor pool was closed all week so indoor pool was massively overcrowded. 100% not worth the $$ compared to other hotels in the area.

The food was terrible, and the pool is small and overloaded with people. There was no one upholding the quiet after 11 rule. There were people/kids running and screaming in the halls at all hours. A very poor experience.

Very good pool, indoor water park, clean, fresh and staff was excellent in accommodating our needs. Outside park was not open so that disappointed kids but they had a blast using all the slides/surfer and wave pool indoor :)

We have a great stay. It was great to see the staff really cared about people being safe at the waterpark and had a good time. It was great to see the staff being nice and teaching kids how to do the surf rider without getting mad.

Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by multiple service and room failures from the moment we arrived. 1. Registration Delay: At check-in, there was a system issue where my reservation displayed an incorrect card number, resulting in an approximately 30-minute delay. During this time, my family - including three young children (ages 5, 7, and 9) - had to wait outside in the car, which was highly inconvenient after travel. 2. Clogged Lavatory (Unusable Sink): The lavatory in our room was clogged and completely unusable. A maintenance staff member later confirmed that the issue was due to a faulty stopper, indicating a pre-existing maintenance problem. The alternative sink near the coffee machine was too tall for our youngest child to use safely, making the room effectively unsuitable for our family. I reported this issue to guest services and was assured that it would be addressed promptly. However, no one arrived for over 45 minutes, forcing me to remain in the room while the rest of my family went to the waterpark. This not only caused inconvenience but also disrupted our plans and took away from our family time together, which was a primary purpose of our trip. 3. Shower Issue: The following morning, we discovered that the showerhead was loose and the water flow was slow, further affecting the usability of the room. Overall, these issues reflect a failure to provide a functional and properly maintained room, along with delays in service response.
