「This home was exactly what we wanted. An open concept comfortable indoor space and a large inviting deck with a spectacular view. Very convenient to restaurants in town and in Old Forge. 」

「This property was a great choice! The fire pit and outside deck were great for sitting back and relaxing. The kids loved playing games up in the loft area as well. The kitchen was well supplied with all the pans, utensils, etc needed to cook for a family. The town of Inlet nearby was great to visit as well. We're all talking about coming back already!」

「great stay」

「Excellent location right on the outskirts of Old Forge. Secluded, friendly neighborhood (seasonal houses/cabins) just minutes from the lake. Pass allows access to a secluded, small community beach or swimming area on the lake. Camp Pawnee is exquisitely decorated with custom furniture, paintings and other fun decor. WiFi was great, and sufficient for our needs, including streaming services. Property manager was attentive, easy to reach by email and very friendly. Back deck and yard were great,...

「Very convenient location quick walk into the village. The house was clean and well stocked and very beautiful with lovely art work. If you have a little one, everything you need is there (ours is one) so it's a lot less you have to pack. Our six year old nephew LOVED his room with the bunk beds, the kids books and toys. The owners are quick to respond and answer any questions you might have. We had a great time kayaking. Can't wait to stay here again. 」

「love this place second time I stay here. I must say it's a family friends place so I'll just call them myself for my next stay,and save the fifty buck cleaning fee that the owner doesn't get. they pay their own cleaners. sorry VRBO. I will how ever use the service for many other stays but not this one.」

「My in-laws an my husband were camping in Old Forge for years and this time we got back with our kids to show them Adirondack mountains. Everything was great! The property is big, clean and ready to accept renters. Large fire pit was the place for our evenings with kids and grandparents. The balcony was our place for breakfasts and dinners. Very homie atmosphere. Close proximity to Old Forge. Loved it and will be back for sure!」

「The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed! From the moment I walked in my mouth was on the floor. The attention to detail is incredible at this place and has everything that anyone could want in a luxurious Adirondack cabin! The rooms were exceptional and very clean. The decorating was stunning! We loved the gas burning fireplace and heated plunge pool! The house was literally across the street from trail five and right next to the lake. Which made our trip Snowmobiling so easy and convenient....

「This is our second stay at High Pines cabin, and it’s always a pleasure. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoy sitting on the screened in-porch, listening to the rooster crow, or the birds chirping or the river ever cruising by. Thendara and Old Forge are close and there are a few good golf courses not too far away.」

「Property was clean and as described. Had everything that was needed and nothing that wasn't. Was looking for a quiet getaway in a beautiful place and the property didn't disappoint. Owner was very responsive to any questions/needs I had. Got lucky with perfect fall weather. Would stay again!」
