Thanksgiving Family Gathering

The house was convenient for all of our activities. There were plenty of beds and the family areas were spacious and inviting. There was even a decorated Christmas tree when we arrived. I would have preferred a few more bathrooms but we managed. The microwave did not work when we arrived but the manager, who was out of town advised us to purchase a counter top version which saved the weekend and I was reimbursed immediately,.

Youth Group Retreat

Location was amazing, and the access to the private trail was a definite plus. Comfortably slept up to 40 people. Communication with the owner was great and he was so friendly and informative. Answered all our questions very quickly. The house has everything you need to keep teenagers entertained. Access to TVs, volleyball, and other recreational games kept our group entertained. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked with all the utensils and cookware needed to make big group meals. We loved every minute of our stay!!!

Family wedding crowd.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay while we were about 20 miles from where my Son got married. We had cornhole boards set up. Tons of space to live in and lots of room around the property to enjoy ourselves without being on top of neighbors. I highly reccomend this for a large crowd.

Wonderful property

A small group of our closest family and friends gathered here for our wedding. We spent the weekend celebrating and enjoying one another's company - this property provided the perfect place for us to do that. It was well laid out, had everything we needed, and was in close proximity to grocery stores, etc. The home itself was beautiful - they're currently renovating the basement flooring, but the temporary concrete flooring wasn't an issue. The yard, decks, and outdoor space was absolutely gorgeous. Cameron, our host, was so easy to communicate with and went out of his way to make sure our weekend was perfect. We would love to all come stay here again. It was so wonderful and we will have so many happy memories of our stay at Eagle Mountain.

Just Perfect

We stayed here for our biennial family reunion. And I really think we will use this again in the future. No one complained about anything! ...And it was a family reunion. All of the beds were very comfortable. There was comfort everywhere. There were always people on the large sectional on the first floor. The kitchen nicely opens to this area. The kitchen had everything we needed. People were able to gather on the porch, or rest in their individual room. Really very nice. Communication was instant. Very easy to communicate with the owner. Thank you for providing such a nice environment for our reunion!

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

The house was comfortable for our family group of 23. Everyone had somewhere to sleep, and the beds were comfortable. We are used to having more bathrooms when renting large houses so four bathrooms was challenging, especially when two are attached to private bedrooms. When feeding a crowd, another oven would be nice, but we made do. Gathering spaces are adequate, and there was room to set up Hot Wheels tracks and Lego and Magna Tile creations (provided by us). Extra tables in the garage were nice to set up as game tables. The quiet neighborhood and views of the mountains are nice. The host is gracious, helpful, and very quick to respond to questions or concerns. We thoroughly enjoyed our family time together.

Awesome stay with AMAZING views!

Cameron was the most responsive and most accommodating person I've ever worked with, which was an added bonus to how beautiful the house and property was! We had a small wedding with about 40 people in attendance (20 of which slept at the house). Our ceremony was in the front yard, followed by a cocktail hour on the adorable front deck, and dinner/reception in the spacious backyard with a large deck. Not only was the outside pristine, but the inside of the house is huge and top notch! 4 bedrooms upstairs (with 2 bathrooms), one giant master bedroom on the main floor (with a giant bathroom and giant closet), a half bath on the main floor as well, and 3 bedrooms in the huge basement with 8 queen beds (and 1 full bathroom), and plenty of space to spend time and hang out! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue for our special weekend and the ability to house our bridal party at the same time. Can't say enough great things about our experience. Thank you so much to Cameron and his wife for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

Awesome property!

Everything was amazing! The only feedback I have is that the kitchen could be better stocked with kitchen supplies and could be better organized. But it was manageable and everything else was phenomenal! Property manager was prompt and communicative. Property was clean and well cared for.

Absolutely beautiful home

Absolutely beautiful home. We came to stay here for our sons wedding. We had family and friends stay and we had the best time ever. The house has spectacular views. The owners of the property suggested kitchen 88 for a small family dinner that we had while we were staying there and it was phenomenal everything about our trip was spectacular.

Beautiful long weekend getaway!

The property is beautiful and very spacious, with lots of room to sleep, comfy couches, a weight room in the garage, and lots of kitchen amenities! The huge yard around the house makes it feel very private. Location was great!

The Ranch Exceeded Expectations

We had a wonderful stay at The Ranch! We had 5 families (32 people total) stay for 3 nights over Thanksgiving and this home was a perfect fit. The home is gorgeous both inside and out with high ceilings, functional kitchen, multiple large living areas, and large bedrooms. We enjoyed the yard and enjoyed hiking in the local neighborhood. Communication with the owners was easy and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.
