Nestled in the peaceful woods, this no motor 90-acre lake property is the perfect Up North retreat for summer. Enjoy the beauty of nature from the stunning sunset firepit, swim by the sandy shore, or take to the water with the included fishing boat and kayaks. Just minutes from the Eagle River chain and other nearby lakes, this location is perfect for adventure seekers. With few neighbors, you'll have all the privacy you need to relax and unwind.

This inviting, pet-friendly four bedroom, two bathroom ranch comfortably sleeps 10 guests, making it ideal for families or groups. With ample parking available for your boats and trailers, you can easily access the nearby Eagle River chain and dozens of other nearby lakes, as there is no public launch for Camp 12 Lake. Enjoy an outdoor firepit and indoor fireplace, gas grill, and all the kitchen, bath and linen amenities you need for your trip. What can I say? It was amazing! The peacefulness of the lake, the song of the loons, and the fun with family, this place had it all! There was enough space for everyone to sleep and then some. The place is bigger than it looks.

The house exceeded our expectations!

The house was great! Our family ranges in age from 12 to 75 and everyone was very pleased with the house .it is very well equipped inside and out. We spent most nights around the outside fire pit watching the sunset in the west. Listening to the loons was great. The owner provided the firewood. The 3 Kayaks were great for fishing and exploring the lake. The house provided plenty of room for all 9 of us. The ability to have our dogs on the trip was greatly appreciated . Beds were all very comfortable . We would love to return and highly recommend it!

The pictures do not do this place justice!! My family had a great time here with amazing fishing (even right off the dock) to the sandy lake floor. Definitely would consider going back!! Barbra was amazing at any question ls that I had with a very quick response. Anyone looking for a peaceful vacation right on the lake with great fishing and swimming, this is the place for you!! Thank you!!!

Peaceful and beautiful

This home was very clean when we arrived. The property has a large yard with a lovely patio, fire pit area and dock. The lake is small and very quiet. If you like to watch nature, this is your spot! The kitchen is well-equipped and Barbara, the host, was easy to communicate with. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful Vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay! This home and property is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. We had plenty of room throughout this home for our family stay of 11 people and our pups! The fishing was awesome and our kids had a blast catching fish right from the dock. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay and the host, Barbara was so quick to respond to any of our questions and needs. The kayaks and row boat for use were super fun as well! Our family highly recommends this beautiful home!

Peace and Quiet Vacation

Wow! Our family just returned from spending time at this lovely house on a tranquil lake. So few people on this lake for July. If you like peace and quiet, this is a great place. It helps that the lake is a no motor lake. The host was very gracious and helpful. We had lots of questions before and during our stay. She took care of everyone of them. When I reserved it, I thought 'do they really have 4 bedrooms and all that space?' Well they really do. The pictures don't do justice to the space inside the house. We had 4 full bedrooms that had nice separation. The kitchen was well stocked. We ate all our meals at home and we had what we needed in the kitchen to do it. One big thing my grown kids wanted was fire time. This house has a great fire ring with plenty of seating available. Host supplied ample wood to enjoy it. The lake, wow, if you love water like I do and the peace of a quiet lake in the morning or evening, this is it. We used the kayaks a lot and just enjoyed it. Good place for the kids to get hooked on fishing as you can toss a lure off the dock and probably catch a small bass with little effort. Shady yard could play games on. Nice big table where we played many games of cards at. And for those of us who just can't completely unplug, the internet worked great. We even streamed one movie and it did perfect. Close to Eagle River and yet far enough away. Did lots of hiking and walking in the area. Many trails close by.

Family Get Away

Very happy with the property, the fishing off the dock was a ton of fun. Huge bluegill and small largemouth bass. The split floor plan was really nice and I will miss the gas stove.
