“What a phenomenal place to stay! The lighthouse has been totally updated with a very cool design vibe and comfortable porches all around with views and plenty of fresh air. The proximity to great food and drink (Fitzgerald’s—highly recommended); things to do and see in the beautiful UP; golf; antiquing; beach walking; Jampot; card games; books in the rental—we loved it and will return, hoping next summer!”

“Beautiful location; short walk to the beach and pretty centralized in the Keweenaw Peninsula, so it's convenient for seeing the whole area. Not much to do in Eagle River, but we liked how calm town was so you could go see the rest of the area and come back and relax. The house is the perfect size for a small family or group and the decorating makes it feel comfy and inviting. ”

“The cabin was in a nice location. The driveway needs a little maintenence. It was rough driving in and out. The cabin over all reminded me of our hunting shack, but with an upgrade. It was nice for us because we didnt need anything fancy. The cabin was private, relaxing, close to our favorite beach and we had everything we needed to enjoy our get away. We all slept very well and enjoyed the no use of electric devices for a few days. ”

“My husband and I enjoyed our 2 night stay. Had an issue with a bed frame on night 1 but the owners were very responsive and fixed the problem timely (which was greatly appreciated). This was the perfect place to get away from technology and unwind with limited distractions.”

“This cottage is very comfortable in a safe, calm and peaceful setting. It had everything we needed and we were even able to borrow dog beds to make sure our dogs didn't get cozy on furniture! It is a perfect location to explore Copper country. We did several hikes in the area including Mt. Baldy, Black Creek, Eagle Harbor trails, Horseshoe Harbor, and the trail in the town of Central. After hiking in the rain one day, we fired up the common sauna for some extra relaxation.”

“Our cabin was very clean and comfortable. The host gave us a heads up to get gas in Calumet as the gas station in Copper Harbor was not reliable for gas. Good thing he did because the station was closed. Truly enjoyed our stay!!”
