「We booked last minute almost but it was smooth and we appreciated easy communication with host. We enjoyed the view of the golf course. It was quiet and we enjoyed our brief stay.」

「We enjoyed our weekend getaway here with our 2 good friends. Place is very cozy and inviting. We were asked to remove shoes at door. Floors seemed to be a little sticky walking through hallway and kitchen area. Liked the natural lighting during the day. It is a little noisy being so close to the road but not horrible. We had some trouble getting the tv to work, seemed to be some bad connections or loose wiring. We did get it to finally connect so didn't need to reach out to anyone. Kitchen had...

「Host was very responsive. Wonderful condo conveniently located just a short drive to both Beaver Creek and Vail. Well appointed kitchen for those who like to cook during their stay. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!」

「Very nice space - convenient location, loved the babbling brook, also very quiet .」

「Highly recommend 」

「Easy access to the village and slopes. Would definitely recommend this location. 」

「This place was perfect for our stay. Avon on the 4th of July is a great time every year. The place is super clean and so easy to check in. Parking included was a huge plus. We will be back next year.」

「This was my second stay with them… and I would do it again!!! I love the property, location is great for my needs.」

「Very nice location in Avon and easy access to free local shuttle transportation. There is a washer and dryer, not just a dryer as listed. No A/C so just be prepared in warm summer months.」

「Randy was very helpful in the check in process and secured us an extra parking pass at no charge. Rental property was well stocked and he provided snacks and water. Overall a very pleasant stay.」

「This stay exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Check-in was simple and the property looked even better in person than in the listing photos. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout. We’d happily book again and recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.」

「This was a super clean, fully-equipped condo that made us feel right at home. We loved the bright morning sun, being able to walk to Agave for Taco Tuesday (great food!), and the convenient proximity to everything in the Vail valley. The river walk trail, a paved path good for walking, biking, etc., is just past the buildings, so between our other plans we enjoyed a walk to town for coffee, stopping off to play in the river, and took in the peaceful sound of the water. The complex was quiet and...

「We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was nice that the bedrooms were split apart in the condo for privacy. My son enjoyed using the computer monitor in the 2nd bedroom for his gaming. The 2 air conditioners were a life saver during a heat wave, but the patio door left open in the master bedroom at night was very nice to cool off the bedroom. We enjoyed the amenties(kitchen, 2 bathrooms, large couch and dinning table). We didn't use the pool, since my daughter said it was a...

「The room was nice. Not exactly ski in ski out as you had to walk about 100 yards and then take 3 escalators to get to the slopes. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was the most expensive with the least amenities. No vaporizer. No bottled water. No literature telling about nearby restaurants, pool, hot tub, etc. No tray for your ski boots to drain. 」
