“Hotel was top notch. Front desk staff so polite and friendly, very helpful girl named BLAKE she rocked. Room was spotless and had all the amenities you could need. Morning breakfast choices were great, something for everyone. Tons of restaurants around and easy access to the highway. 10/10 would stay here again. Safe area. Came for a weekend long show and they didn’t break the bank either for rooms. Loved it. ”

“I needed this room for a one night stay, so the price was right. Room needs updates, shower was lukewarm, and the drain did not drain well. Our room had an odor, and the smell was tolerable”

“The staff at this property were amazing, specifically Jay. There was a slight housekeeping issue when I checked in and he made sure it was taken car of promptly. Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. It is this kind of attention and thoughtfulness that creates memorable experiences. Thank you, Jay, for making a huge difference in my day!”

“These people cancelled our stay 15 min before check in. We drove 5 hrs to get an email of cancellation. They did this to numerous customers that I see on google. Then I see they increased their charge to $1200 person. Very unprofessional! This hotel is a scam. Thanks to Expedia that they figured out a different hotel for us within an hour. ”

“Room looks clean, but there're crumbs/dirt under the couch and under the night stand. Staff are not always available in the front desk, can't call them either. Kitchen is clean, you have to ask front desk if you need items like pots and pans, and extra bathroom tissues Air conditioning was making loud sounds Water in the bathtub going down slow. Some staff I met were nice people, and very helpful.”

“you’re a solo female traveler don’t go here. First huge red flag was that I had to send a venmo for my security deposit. I asked if I could go get cash and was told no. I should have cancelled and left right then. Then they moved my room from the second floor to the first which is scarier for me. Then my room number was told to me loudly in front of three men in the lobby that I didn’t know. Then I get to the room and the thing that’s on the top of the door to catch the door if it opens is……

“Would remove them from your sights was not clean at all. No light in the bathroom bathroom door would not shut completely had to use our phones to light up the bathroom Stuff was all over the walls no vending machine like they advertised management didn't seem to care if I could.I would ask for a refund”
