Second time guest, I love it here.

I stayed here with my family and family friends in 2017 (pre VRBO days) and was thrilled to find it for our family vacation this year. We are expecting twins this fall so this summer vacation was extra special to us and this was the best possible property to host. Zero complaints, everything was perfect. Thank you for sharing your family home again with us and I hope to return in a couple years with two new members.

Sweet and homey

We stayed here with friends and we had a lovely time. The home was clearly a well loved home with lots of memories. We wanted a cozy place that we could cook a few meals in (so we could splurge on oysters and lobster rolls being out and about) and feel very comfy lounging around for some nighttime board games. Our favorite memory was sitting down at the dock to watch the Perseids meteor shower!

The property is located ideally to visit many points of interest. It was very spacious. I had a party of 7 adults. We had plenty of space! The host is fantastic to deal with! I highly recommend giving this property a visit!

Perfect place to experience Maine for the first time

This is one of those special homes that is better in real life than in the pictures. It easily accommodated our family of 8 adults and 1 toddler. It has its own dock with an adventurous path to access. There is hiking and great food eatby. Wed definitely visit again.

Perfect!

This property is quintessential Maine!! Perfect location, not too far from anything! Right on the water. Do yourself a favor and sit on the dock at sunset and just be!!!! The entire family had a blast. Each teen (4) had their own room.

A real Gem!

Super clean and comfortable and so quiet at night. Beautiful view from the deck. The kitchen has everything you might need and is easy to cook in. The lobster bake equipment and supplies are out of this world.

Retreat to Little River

Great location and comfortable house

The house overlooks a lovely harbor and has gorgeous gardens and yard. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, dining room and big living room with a big picture window. Upstairs has two good sized bedrooms, a small bedroom and a living area. Everything we needed for a great college reunion. Rachel was sorry responsive and helpful. Thanks so much!

Perfect!

Our family (which included grandparents, multiple adults, and four young kids) had a wonderful time in this spacious but cozy Maine cabin! We loved jumping off the dock, exploring Grimes Cove Beach around the corner, grabbing lobster rolls at the East Boothbay General Store, and hunting for trolls at the nearby Botanical Gardens. The cabin is in a great location and the host was very friendly. We would love to come back!
