Towel rails broken/ missing, shower head leaking and shower could use a regrout to eliminate mould in grout and larger shelf. The bathroom does not reflect a five star property. A great shortage of power points causes a need for a lot of extension cords that are not adequate, messy and need to be hooked up for at least one bedside table…potentially dangerous with lots of power boards and extension cords and a trip hazard....

「Apartment was as described, clean. Older style building. No fans or airconditioning in the bedrooms which made the nights warm especially as it was summer and high humidity. Very good communication and instructions from the landlord. Walking distance to some nice restaurants and 10 min drive to the attractions and city centre. Very pleasant stay. 」

「This apartment was absolutely beautiful, full of natural light and sizeable balcony to sit outside with a cuppa. Short walk to cafes and easy drive to galleries and parliament. Even a sneaky tiny view of the parliament flag if you look carefully from the balcony! 」

「The listing is advertising misleading information in relation to the car space. The listing reads ‘there is one allocated car space in residential garage (garage clearance height 2.2m)’. We could not park on this space and by the looks of it neither could a previous guest. We specifically chose this property not only for the location and bedroom numbers but the fact we could park our 2m high rental van in the space. This was not the case. The stacker for the space is set on the middle setting...
