「Staff was friendly, room was clean」

「Do not stay here. The property itself is extremely run down, and the rooms are beyond uncleanly. We were given dirty sheets, the room was unswept and not vaccummed (clumps of hair and dirt on the floor), and there were holes in the walls with toilet paper shoved into them. Save your money and stay somewhere else.」

The management told us a previous customer stole the remote and they don’t know why because the TV is so old, the remote won’t work on any other TV. 「I would like to start by saying I was not expecting anything luxurious, but finding roaches in the bed headboard area was definitely not what I expected. When I checked in, the front desk associate was polite, and the check-in process was quick and easy. However, after about three hours in the room, I noticed a roach on the wall.
