“Very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Easy check in process.”

“This is my second stay here at Andrew's Place. It is comfortable and charming as well as roomie! We loved it!”

“The Suites were nice and clean. They were as advertised. The suite my partner and I had was a cozy little hotel sitting room with a TV and couch that was attached with a conjoining room that led to a bedroom. For the price, the style, the location and amenities, we would absolutely stay again and recommend it as well. ”

“The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!”

“Location was great”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great nearby restaurants, bars, and 10 min each way to the casinos! The loft was clean, enjoyed the kitchen space, and pull out sofa bed for a 3rd guest. We appreciated the warning of the train and brought extra ear plugs lol”

“Always enjoy our stay at a Nelson Loft. Great location! ”

“We enjoyed staying here!”

“Had private (off the street) parking, walking distance to nice amenities. Very clean and thoughtful hosts of property. Nicest stay I've ever had traveling.”

“Everything about this experience was great. The communication and guidance to the location was very helpful. The rental besides being very clean, it gave a peaceful destressing feeling. Would recommend 100%”

“My husband and I had a fabulous anniversary trip. Aaron was a great communicator, accommodating and kind. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. We walked everywhere which was perfect. Enjoyed the museum and dinner/ breakfast at Caroline’s was amazing! Downtown city buzz was a bit loud at times but we didn’t mind. We would come back again! Incredible trip. ”

“The condo is nice, we were in town for a short stay and for my wife and I, it was exactly what we wanted. For a one bedroom condo it is spacious in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The bathroom is cozy though. It’s on the second level which is probably just something I overlooked. We would stay there again.”
