"We had an enjoyable stay. What really made the difference was the staff at the front desk. I had damaged my car as I was pulling in to the parking lot. We had two cars, both loaded to the tiptop as we were on our way to move my daughter into her college apartment. The one I damaged was not drive-able. Triple A towed it. My son had to drive up from our home and we had to load everything into his car. The staff at the desk was so understanding and patient when I explained my dilemma. So appreciated and so helpful."

"Although dated, the propertyis well maintained and clean. Everything worked in the room, the bed was good and no problems occurred. No bottled water is provided and dont expect an eye popping view of the Bay, unless you are on the second floor ( we weren't). A good value for the cost, a lot cheaper than stayingin P-town or on the eastern coast. Would stay there again."

"It would have been the perfect place if the concert at Tanglewood had not been postponed. The checkin went well, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was good. Plenty of parking and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner. Overall I was quite pleased with the place."

"The motel was clean (rooms and outdoor) and Brian at the reception was kind and helpful. It is also convenietnly located next to a CVS and 2 minutes walk from downtown Great Barrington. The place and the rooms are very basic, which makes me wonder what brings the price we paid to be so high. We have not tried the breakfast."
