“We were greeted by a gentleman named Simon. He was one of the biggest reasons why our stay went from average to outstanding. The property is a good location and everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. But Simon went away above and beyond to make us feel welcome, to accommodate some very basic needs we had and treated us so very special. He probably does this with everybody, but Simon’s standard of service should be taught to other colleagues of his at the front desk, who did……
