"From the time we checked in till check out every staff member was super friendly. Our Butler Montero was always informative and looking to help. Two staff members who stood out were hot chocolate and Pablo from the activities Department always making sure we were entertained and having fun."

The check-in process was quick, smooth, and effortless, allowing me to start enjoying my vacation right away. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the amenities are truly world-class. Everything was well maintained, and there was always something to do, whether relaxing by the pools or enjoying the entertainment. The beach was simply breathtaking—clean, stunning, and the perfect place to unwind. What really made this trip unforgettable was the incredible atmosphere and positive energy throughout the resort. "We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The facilities are beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and the food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service from the entire staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A very special thank you to our butler, José Miguel Jiménez De Jesús. From the very first day, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to every detail. He always made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His dedication, kindness, and genuine care made a real difference in our vacation. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!"

"The hotel was great. The employees were excellent and very kind. The food at the restaurants was great, and it was very easy to do the reservations when needed. There is room to improve regarding the pool amenities, the nighttime shows around the hotel, and the bowling alley. In addition, a colder temperature inside the restaurants and hotel rooms would have helped improve the experience."
