Located just minutes from Windham and Hunter Mountains and Zoom Flume Water Park, it’s an ideal base for both adventure and relaxation. Enjoy access to on-site amenities including a tennis court, playground, and pond—perfect for a peaceful, family-friendly escape.
This is the right unit of a two-unit townhome, featuring its own private entrance with keypad access with 3BR, 3BA, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private hot tub.

✔ Wildlife: Deer, bears, and foxes are common—keep food and trash secured.
**GUEST GUIDELINES**
✔ Check-in after 4 PM; checkout by 11 AM unless otherwise arranged.
✔ To book this property, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old. They must also be present during the stay, and only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
✔ No parties, events, or unapproved visitors are allowed. A violation of this rule will result in a $1,500 fee.
✔ No smoking, vaping, or drug use indoors; fees apply.
✔ Pets allowed only with written approval.
✔ Guests are liable for any damage or missing items.
✔ Use outdoor amenities at your own risk.
✔ No commercial use or subletting without approval.
✔ Replacement fees will be charged for any lost keys, remotes, or gate openers. Additional charges may apply for damages to appliances or amenities (such as the hot tub, board games, etc. or which ever applies), especially if caused by misuse or failure to follow provided instructions.
✔ Report any issues within 24 hours of arrival.
✔ Unauthorized early check-in/late checkout incurs a fee equal to peak nightly rate.
✔ Cancellations and refunds follow platform policies.
✔ Do not move or remove furniture, décor, or electronics—damages will be charged.
✔ We recommend travel insurance. Refunds aren’t guaranteed during outages or severe weather.
✔ Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Neighbor complaints may lead to termination without refund.
✔ In alignment with the Department of Environmental Conservation’s efforts to prevent pollution and wildfires, any fire created outside of a designated fire pit by guests or tenants is strictly prohibited and subject to a $5,000 fine.
