"Die Wohnung an sich ist ok, aber dringend renovierungsbedürftig, z.B. fleckiger Teppichboden. Unangenehmer Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung. Ausserdem waren etliche Spinnen in den Zimmerecken und Spinn- und Staubweben an den Decken/Wänden. Zum Teil waren die Geräte/Steckdosenleisten eingestaubt. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen."

"Keine Gartenmitbenutzung, kein Wintergarten, Baulich nicht!! getrennt von Vermieterwohnung. Man teilt sich ein Haus, die Ferienwohnung ist in der oberen Etage. Alles offen. Unten waren Katzen, das geht mit Hund überhaupt nicht.Zwischendurch rief die Vermieterin hoch, also keine Privatsphäre.Wohnung abgewohnt. Speckige Polstermöbel, kaputte Sofas, Tropfender Heizkörper, Toaster kaputt, Rolladen von Fenster ging nicht hoch,also dunkel, teilweise blinde Fensterscheiben. Fehlendes Leuchtmittel in...
