「My experience at the hotel was terrible. The hotel staff did not allow me to checkin for my confirmed reservation. The hotel confirmed my booking over email, however when I showed up at midnight to checkin, the front desk did not offer a room. Instead they asked me to call someone from the hotel management to re-confirm my booking. I was in absolute shock that I had to manually call someone and confirm the room in the middle of the night.
