We had a very, very good experience at this property. Its large, the pool is high-quality, and the whole property is modern and well equipped. The location was beautiful, private, and it was very easy to walk to the nearby CVS, grocery, and liquor stores. Getting in was easy, and the management team was proactive, responsive, and helpful.

Were very pleased to be able to share our experience with StayMarquis team. They are very nice and friendly. The property was so beautiful and very clean. Neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. Is a very good place to get out from all the noise of the city.

Our group of 11 adults absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful East Hampton home. The pool area is beautifully maintained and was the perfect place to relax during the day. The home was spotless and comfortably slept all of us with room for more. The location was perfect (CVS, liquor store, market are basically in the back yard. Main beach is 25 min walk/10 min drive. Restaurants/shopping/nightlife were easily accessible by car). Ample parking in the driveway. Finally, property manager was kind and very easy to communicate with. Overall, 10/10 stay. We can’t wait to come back.

Great location and perfect for families

I lived in East Hampton for 30 years and I love this location. Everything was as described and it was very easy to work with the property manager. I would stay again.

Great East Hampton Spot

Our stay at the Georgica Beach House was lovely! The Stay Marquis team was extremely communicative, and a nice welcome package was there for us upon arrival. The house was extremely clean and the main living space gets tons of natural light. We had a wonderful stay - even in the off season. Would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic place. Larger than expected. Perfect for families with children.

First thing that struck me was it was larger than we expected. Plenty of space outside for kids to play - and the basement was a huge hit for the kids as well. Management company was very friendly. This was my first time renting a home - I was surprised at how easy it was. Would definitely stay again here again.

Excellent home for a Hamptons family getaway!

Outstanding host! StayMarquis is very professional and you can trust you are in good hands. This location is the best of both worlds, so close to downtown convenience, yet a huge property surrounded by trees so you feel secluded, a great break from the city. We had a little 4-year old boy with us and the house was 100% kid friendly, with the benefit of a huge backyard, playground and trampoline. The heat was perfect and kept us warm given the winter timing, and accommodations were plentiful. Kitchen well-stocked as we cooked at home for most meals. No question we would stay here again!
