「Great place!! Loved the new movie theatre vibe downstairs. Very responsive and even left snacks! Place was clean and smelled so good when we arrived. Also had lots of space for everyone. 」

「The woman working the front desk was not very helpful, took a very long time to get us checked in, and didn't seem happy to be there in general. I booked 2 rooms, both were outdated and the walls were dirty, had paint chipped, just overall not in the best shape. One room had no towels, no shampoo or body wash (although there are containers for them, they were just empty), and no coffee. It was a place to stay, but that's about all I have to say about it.」

「They advertise Norwood Inn has a Continental Breakfast. Staff said "we have no breakfast. First night I asked desk manager for another Barh Towel, told check back in morning after 8 am, "laundry room closed". room came with 1 towel for 2 people. After 2 nights I asked is somebody going to clean our room and replace our poor excuse for linens, told by desk manager, "it's only upon request". Bottom line they should be charging for the rooms by the hour due to activities witnessed, non stop. ...
