「The Leonardo EMA is a well placed hotel, however we found the decor and general demeanour of the hotel to be very tired. No lifts that we could see. Our room was nice enough, but had only been superficially cleaned. The mirror had not been cleaned. Bed was very comfy though. Bathroom showed signs of wear with the odd little bit of black mould and other areas that could have been better scrubbed. I found a rusty screw by the base of the toilet. 「The property is bit outdated but its is well maintained for its age. Staff is very mannered , courteous and kind , the manager at our checkout was very customer focused and this leadership reflected well in the staff. We ordered room service and the food was awesome. Breakfast had many choices with pancakes and waffles etc. Swimming pool was very clean and thier is a tennis table in lobby, overall 5 star service thank you」
