「Really nice, big and modern place. Description was accurate.
Very clean and had everything I needed with lots of additional things I didn’t need.
Good communication and very easy check in process.
It is on a main road so there was some noise but with the win so shut was absolutely fine and they even provide ear buds and a white noise machine but I didn’t need either.
Highly recommend」

「The flat itself was fine.
It was, however, on the third floor and the lift had been deactivated or was out of order. I contacted them immediately, but our stay ended before they did anything about it.
So ok if you have no accessibility issues, but having been informed my pregnant partner was struggling they didn't do anything.」

10/10 優異
Hotel staff were friendly and timely responded to our request (eg getting extra blankets). The hotel room was quiet and dark which is essential for a good night sleep. The hotel was located somewhere between two tube station and subway lines that requires a bit of walk (within 5-10 mins). There are supermarkets nearby for essentials. Overall good experience.
