Definitely needs a downgraded rating
Lagoon view did not exist, shrubs too tall to see the lagoon. Events the entire time resulting in noisy and rowdy fellow guests. Restaurant a la cart service cancelled due to rugby screening in the pub. Management need to audit their customer ecperiemce. Decor tired, needs a revamp and a serious ...
