Our home has been a family retreat for over 20 years, and has been completely refreshed in 2022. Interior painted, new furnishings, renovated bathrooms, air conditioning added and a cozy sunroom to relax in. We are located in East Marion, a walk down the lane to a private bay beach, minutes into Greenport, a lovely village on the water with great shops, restaurants and a carousel overlooking the water! Minutes to the Sound beaches, Wineries, Breweries and Golf. If you want to venture further, you can take a ferry over to the south fork via Sheltar Island or drive to Riverhead which has lots to offer: Splish Splash Water park, Aquarium, Outlet shopping, more wineries and breweries and more.
East Marion is a wonderful location for all seasons. Our home has 4 generous sized bedrooms that provide comfort and space for all. And the living area is designed for flexibility with a large screen tv on a swivel mount and plenty of seating.
We plan to continue to spend time at our family home, but also offer it to others to enjoy. We host two other properties in Marco Island Florida and will provide the same level of amenities and guest service for our home in East Marion. If you are interested staying, the calendar is accurate but we do have some flexibility with length of stay. Please reach out through the inbox if there are checkin in dates/length of stay showing as unavailable, and we will let you know if we can accommodate you.
Our home is equipped with a Ring doorbell and camera on the far back yard. This is not monitored but is used for security when the house is vacant and to make sure the cleaners arrive and the garbage is picked up after a stay.
