「The room we we given had a malfunctioning thermostat and AC unit. When I went down the front desk she said we could just unplug the AC. She said she knew about it but still put us in the that. When I asked why she did that she said”She didn’t think it was a big deal” We it was. You don’t tell people to unplug 220V plugs. She never offered to move us although the hotel was not full. Very poor customer service.」

「Pet friendly but the pet area was at the end of the parking lot near the way in and out of the hotel. A little busy and distracting for traveling dogs. A large open space for moving around and poop baggies and a trash can for clean up. First floor. It available so elevator ride was necessary. Great location to many restaurants and gas stations to continue the trip.」

「Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. 」
