Beautiful home and plenty of space to host one large or two small families. This charming cape colonial sits within Sandwich Downs and is just a short walk or quick golf cart ride to the private association beach. We provide the golf cart! Not to mention, the property sits on an acre lot with beautiful landscaping and lots of privacy. There is also an outdoor bar with heaters, a sports court for basketball lovers, and an outdoor shower. New fire pit coming for summer pics to follow! Other perks include central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, water filtration system, Peloton bike, beach chairs and corn hole boards.

This 2500+ square foot home features 4 bedrooms on the second floor; one bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bottom/twin top, one bedrooms has a full bed and twin bunk beds, and there are two rooms with queen beds. There’s a full bathroom upstairs as well.

The first floor features a Master Bedroom with a King-sized bed, adjacent to a master bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and laundry. It is also attached to an office space that is furnished with a crib.

Additional first-floor features include an original eat-in kitchen that has been recently upgraded, while still keeping that Cape Cod charm and design from a local builder. Open concept informal dining room and living room with stone hearth fireplace is the perfect place to gather after a lovely day at the beach, or after spending the day downtown exploring Sandwich and the rest of Cape Cod’s charm.

A newly renovated basement suite includes an additional bedroom with a full bed, a futon, a desk, and a full bathroom this is perfect for older children, grandparents, or bringing a sitter along.

A few helpful things I like to call out before your stay, we do not provide sheets and towels. Our house document that will be sent to you upon booking highlights this information and provides recommendations.

In addition, we do not allow any pets or service animals. This is stated in my property description and lease and will be considered a violation of the house policies. Thank you for your understanding.
