「This is our second time staying here. We love the property, the suites work for us as there is a bedroom which is separate from the living space. There are plenty of things to do on the property and in the surrounding area. Mt. Greylock, antiquing, great breakfast spots! 「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. 「I was in town with friends for UAlbany homecoming. I loved that there one and two bedroom apartment-style rooms, with fully equipped kitchens (stove, oven, and fridge). The rooms were spacious to include the bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only issue was my room was serviced by housekeeping when it was supposed to; however, once I contacted the front desk, they sent up fresh linens.」
