“We had a friends weekend with grilling and hiking. The house was amazing, lots of fun inside to escape the rain, the sauna was so cozy with the view out to the forest, and the hot tub was great after a long day hike. Comfy beds, good kitchen, good grill, good times!”

“My wife and I stayed for 3 days. It was really lovely. The cabin is cozy, spacious, and stocked with everything you need. The host is wonderful and so easy to communicate with. For anyone who wants a cabin experience, this is for you. Kudos to the family that lives there, they are more than prepared for anything, but know how to have a great time as well. ”

“The cabin had all the amenities needed and so many extras! Books galore, games, puzzles, hidden activities, and even a foosball table! There was a log for the fire pit so we were able to have a beautiful fire on the 4th of July. The peacefully serene lakeside setting made morning coffee time a time to relax my whole nervous system. We saw baby deer and heard the songs of the birds and frogs. It really was magical! ”

“We booked this place just two weeks ahead of our trip, and the communication with the host was excellent. On the day of arrival, we got to the property about an hour before the stated check-in time, and the host was very flexible in allowing us to check in early, which we really appreciated.Overall, the property is nice. “We had a nice time at this cozy bungalow home. The home is well kept and very clean. The owners were very available if we had any issues, but we didn’t have to reach out during our stay. The home was great. The description of the property was on point. It’s a very quiet area in a gated community with a community pool and a lake with a small beach. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Our large group had a great time at Green Gables. Communications with our hosts were prompt and efficient. The home is beautiful and was more than enough room for our 20 group. We were able to prepare meals everyday in the kitchen, there was more than enough room especially with 4 people cooking. The table was way bigger than the picture made it seem. We were able to fit a large amount of us during meals and playing games. Our group was skeptical about the bathroom situation, but the 5 bathrooms……

“We came to the mountains to relax, and relax we did! Great place to chill out and forger about the world. ”

“Great accomodation and communication with host. Close to groceries but rustic enough for a campfire. We spent a good time together over meals and bbq and experienced Kalahari water park close by. Great trip would recommend bringing some toiletries and extra towels but everything else was there. ”

“Everything was just as listed - clean linens and towels, a clean house. There was some trash in the back or side from the neighbors, whose trash had been ravaged by some critter, but it wasn't an issue for our purposes.We had a multi-day event at Kalahari Resort and loved being able to quickly go back and forth - close to everything but remote enough to be relaxing. Loved the communication with the host! ”
