「Pool was nice but we were specifically renting this place as it had a hot tub... when we got there it was cold and not enjoyable at all.」

「They will not clean your room or check on it UNLESS you ask including towels or sheets. The staff was friendly but the hall noise and room noise above us made it impossible to sleep even with noise cancelling headphones you could feel vibrations for the hall and above rooms.」

「Clean, quiet and up to date」

「The hotel and the premises were very comfortable. I look forward to staying there on my next trip.」

「前台人员很细心耐心，环境干净。」

「This hotel has everything we need, breakfast is good, room is clean and very comfortable」

「The first room had a water leak from the a/c, but the staff immediately moved us to another room. The facility is clean & family friendly, and the staff are all customer centric, friendly & efficient. The complimentary breakfast was top notch, with varied selections that were excellently prepared. Great place to stay.」

「Breakfast was the best thing at this hotel! My room had spiderwebs, dust and mold in the bathroom! The hotel is very old and hasn’t been renovated for years! My bathroom sink was broken to the point I couldn’t use it! All the rooms are suites but they are very dated! I looked for bedbugs and thankfully they didn’t have any! This hotel looks great in pics but they are not what you getting for your room!」

「我在这里住了6天，期间一次也没有打扫房间。即使我把客房牌子翻到需要打扫一面，也没有打扫。应该不会再住这个酒店」
