「We were disappointed with our stay from the outset. As older travellers arriving from the other side of the world with heavy luggage, it was challenging to find our room on the third floor with no lift available. While staff kindly assisted us with our bags on arrival, there was no help offered when we checked out, which made departure quite difficult. The room itself was lacking several basic amenities. 「 The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work...
