"I hate that I couldn't give a higher rating, but I just can't. While I loved the view from the apartment and the only employee working there was great, my stay was a roller coaster of bad and good. The listing says there is a microwave, a dryer, and a private bathroom, but that is not true. There is a washer and a drying rack. Because the property is so high up and the balcony where the drying rack is located is, takes several days to get your clothes dry. The listing says non-smoking, but...

"This was a great place to stay while in Prague. Super convenient location for all the touristy things and close to transit. The breakfast was insanely good - we basically had a large breakfast and could skip or eat a light lunch. The quality of the food was well beyond what I would have expected for a breakfast included buffet."

"The front desk staff was hit or miss - One staff member female was particularly 'ornery' She just could not be bothered. And in fact enve though rooms were ready - we arrived at 11 and check in was 3PM. Was going to have us wait...she 'reluctantly' agreed to do so. Never a smile or a ny type of welcome...we so sorry to annoy her with our presence! There is a 'costumed' doorman outside the hotel in the evening. He wears a n oversized top hat and bright cloak. One evening it was pouring rain as we had our driver pull up to the hotel. He comfortably stayed under the over hang - no umbrella no assistance with the car doors - (pregnant daughter in law) it just would have been nice. Rooms are clean, nice and well furnished. Shower design is terrible.It has 1/2 a glass partition that allows the water to spray across the bathroom. - Just bad design and can be fixed with an extended shower door or curtain. The Queen beds came with two twin duvets - they did not spring for the queen duvets - did not have enough so you have to request them from limited stock. The breakfast is expensive at 20 Euros' so we went elsewhere - Imperial Cafe attached tothe Imperial Hotel is a five min walk - highly recommended. It was OK not great - and we had to argue for a refund to one of our four rooms for one night when my son had to leave early for work. Ultimately the front desk manager agreed - but could have been more gracious as well. He and the other staff were nice, and accomadating!"

Citybox Tallinn City Center

"Really enjoyed my stay at Citybox Tallinn. I booked a single room which was compact, but very clean and thoughtfully designed. The whole hotel felt modern, functional and well maintained. I particularly appreciated the ironing room and the shared kitchen/canteen area, which were very handy during my stay. Check-in was incredibly easy and quick using my passport. The location is excellent. It's just a short walk from the ferry terminal, right next to the Rotermann Quarter, and only about 10 minute walk to Tallinn's Old Town, making it a great base for exploring the city. One thing to note is that my single room didn't have a TV (I'm not sure about other room types but I was aware of this when booking), but I didn't really miss it. The hotel has more of a high-quality hostel feel, with a self-service approach: rooms aren't cleaned daily and you need to request fresh towels if needed. Personally, I found this perfectly fine and appreciated the flexibility. Overall, excellent value, great location and a clean, comfortable stay. I'd happily stay here again."

From arrival through to departure, everything was flawless, with great attention to detail from every member of staff. The facilities were fantastic, and the pool made the experience even better during the peak temperatures. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Budapest!"

"The breakfast food variety was very good. The staff working the breakfast service were superb. Pratap in the Teppanyaki was a fabulous cook and entertaining. Staff were generally good with one exception. Prices for food drink was a bit too high Gave feedback at reception that the quality of the take away breakfast was poor and this was not listened to and the same horrible sandwiches were provided the next day. The croissants were available very early and could have been put in the take away meal. If a guest gives feedback please act on it and act like a 5 star hotel and provide the high level of service. Some of the liquid soap shower gel bottles don’t work and need to be checked daily."
