"A very clean, well maintained and reasonably priced place. Continental breakfast plus food available to purchase is a real service since you are miles from any other retail - but in the best location for using Carlsbad Caverns."

"clean room; staff was helpful, parking was close to our entrance. Elevator was out of service but we were given a room on the first floor. Hot tub was out of service. We did not have time to use the hot tub. Room was comfortable, reasonably priced, baths and beds were very clean and fresh"

"Perfect spot. Close to restaurants, stores, bars. The rooms was dusty but it is a cabin. There were a lot of spider webs. We didn’t mind but if you do might not be the place for you"
