「The house had a nice open floor plan」

「Pratt was very responsive and accessible for any questions and/or issues.」

「We all love stairs so having a lot of stairs was a HUGE plus for this family of 5 grandkids, a set of grandparents and their 2 daughters. Plenty of bathrooms so no arguments there! My personal favorite was the fancy coffee pot! Although we brought our own percolator the girls found the fancy coffe pot very intriguing and delightful. 」

「This place exceeded our expectations! I will definitely be booking here the next time I’m in Pinehurst.」

「Great home and location.」

「Loved the Ramsey cottage, will definitely stay again!」

「House is great! Large and plenty of room. Clean and checks the boxes. Awesome location!! My only complaint is communication was poor. The host never sent checkout instructions. I asked for them 3 times within 24 hours and never received a response. You can tell what they send is all automated which is fine.. but no one ever got back to me on the checkout instructions. Again, great house but communication was tough.」
