"I had a superb stay at InterContinental Al Jubail, and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our visit so memorable, enjoyable, and fun. A big thank you to Manar at Reception, who gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel’s facilities and the events taking place during the National Day celebrations. We also truly appreciated the room upgrade and late checkout, which made our stay even more comfortable. A special thank you to Lajith and SaifDhin at the beach. The beach was clean, well maintained, and a great place for the family to relax. Many thanks to Coach Khalid for organizing and performing the kids’ activities by the beach. The kids absolutely loved the activities. He was bilingual, very patient, friendly, and respectful, and he did a wonderful job keeping the children engaged. Most importantly, a huge thank you to the lifeguards Hanif and Islam at the beach, and Mohammad Abdulhafiz at the pool, for keeping our children safe.
There were many people I interacted with whose names I may not have mentioned, but every member of the team contributed to making our stay special.
